This program only requires you to train 3 days a week. You can train Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR you can train Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I created this program for Advance lifters that are too busy to train 5+ days a week. It can be used only for bulking. It's for 4 weeks. This program is not for everyone because the workouts are long. You can be in the gym training for over 2 hours on these routines. This program also has tutorial vids showing you form for each exercise on the program, so you can execute each exercise correctly.
