I created this program to help you reach your goals. Whether you are trying to gain weight or lose weight this program is perfect for you; especially if your new to weight training. Your results will be based of the kind of diet you follow while doing this program that will be provided to you with this program.This program only requires you to train 3 days a week for 4 weeks, and can be done all over again once completed with a diffrent routine. If you are a true beginner, I would like you to do this program at least 2 times before graduating to a more demanding program with higher volume. you can be able to watch tutorial videos before you hit your set in the gym .It can be used for cutting or bulking.
