I started weight training 30 years ago because i got tired of being the skinny kid to get pick on! I weigh only about a 130lbs; me and my twin brother was always athletic but never really got a chance to play sports in school, so we beacme dacncers after being discoverd by a group called 4:30 boyz, and became good enough to go on tour. We never made it to be famous dancers, so to stay out of trouble i got into weights. I watched my dad get back into weight lifting at home after being shot soon after winning an overall competition in a muscle mania bodybuilding show bringing home 7 tropies for his first competition, he built back his physic and gained his mass back plus more, It was was one of my ideal looks, that was a big motivation to me and gave me more hope that anything was possible. I workout and staying motivated by looking and reading Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Haney books and magazines. Years later after my twin brother got shot, i really had to dig deep and build my mind to mentality train without my workout partner. My passion was deep for the sport so i had to keep grinding if i was to have something and continue a life we talk about; I will see this through the end. Later i joined a gym after meeting a bodybuilder at work to soon find a new set of friends. I talk my dad into competing again after finding out the gym was promoting a local competition and wanted to put me and him in the newspaper; and they say the rest was history. I diet harder and trained more. I end up winning 1st place in a open weight class and my dad also won 1st in his open weight class and masters division. i was very excited especially when i was a novice. Competing soon became more motivation to keep training to get better and become a pro. I travelled winning countless shows with over 24 trophies in my 13 years in competing, including 2 Overall awards and 2 best posers awards with one overall winning my pro card as a NGA natural bodybuilder, and one 1st place power lifting medal. Soon after i became an NGA fitness promoter, I have now been promoting for 7 years, the competition is a natural show for physics of all kind to have a chance of a life time to become pro. During this time i got a lot of exposure for always bringing a Massive physique with a small waistline, I training in wieight lost, bodybuilding, helping athletics increase in sports performance and promoting my competition, I also train in boxing and teach yoga. I love helping people and sharing my Knowledge built up over my careeer, whether it's in the gym or online. I want to inspire and motivate as many people of all ages, to share the importance of dedication needed in training and meals. I'm extremely humbled to have the support from friends, fans, and followers as both bodybuilder, fitness coach and promoter, to now be in position to help people to whether becoming in the best shape of your life or having a chance to become a pro.
